The job Estelle delivered was good. She drove a hard bargain and I found it pushy that she added an €8 tip to our pre-negotiated price, but I accepted it based on the short deadline. She requested an extension to the deadline despite setting a higher price because of it. I found that stressful. But a good result in the end.
