Well this is my first experience using this service so far I really don’t know what to expect. I hope it all ends well so I can use it again or recommend it to others.

I do appreciate Estrella's timely communication and updates. It would have been helpful if after the first revision feedback all of the suggestions were implemented. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the outcome.

Estrella did excellent work for us. Her responsiveness, patience and quality of work was exceptional. I work a complex schedule with many projects running concurrently which makes my communication erratic.
