Helped an ecommerce client build and manage their TikTok Shop from setup through day-to-day optimization, creating a more organized and reliable foundation for selling through TikTok. I handled the TikTok Shop setup and configuration, organizing the product catalog, uploading and optimize product listings, and ensured important store information was properly structured. I also worked on product syncing and Shopify integration to make managing products across platforms more efficient. Beyond the initial setup, I provided ongoing TikTok Shop account management, including product updates, listing improvements, troubleshooting, catalog organization, and general shop maintenance. I also helped identify and resolve setup and product-related issues that could prevent products from displaying or syncing correctly. My focus was not simply to create the shop, but to make sure the client had a clean, properly organized, and manageable TikTok Shop that was ready for marketing and growth. By taking care of the technical setup and ongoing store management, I helped the client save time, maintain accurate product information, and build a stronger foundation for reaching customers and generating sales through TikTok Shop.
