5 years of experience in commercial printing, sign making, and promotional merchandise production. Operated wide-format and flatbed UV printers: handled ICC color profiling, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (component replacement, printhead recovery/nozzle unclogging, fully disassembled and rebuilt a Nocai 0604 printer with an Epson DX5 printhead). Ran full-cycle DTF printing from file prep to heat press application (converted Epson SC-P700 via BlackBox RIP) and sublimation (mugs, flight tags/lanyards). Operated and maintained finishing equipment: Summa vinyl/cutting plotters, CO2 laser cutters (RDWorks), fiber laser markers, and 3D printers. Software: proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi RIP, Excel, and Google Sheets; basic working knowledge of CorelDRAW and InDesign (generating barcodes and variable data).
