I'm Evan, a 2500+ blitz and bullet player on chess.com, in the top 1% of players on the site. I grew up in the St. Louis chess scene, learned from a national master as a kid, and won a Missouri K-5 state title.
I coach beginner and intermediate players who want real improvement. We review your games, work on tactics, calculation, and endgames, and I show you how strong players think through positions so you start seeing the board the way they do. I focus on understanding why moves work instead of memorizing openings.
