Over the past few years, I’ve worked with independent authors, self-publishers, and small business clients on book formatting, KDP publishing, manuscript layout, and publishing support projects. While Basil_Bob was very nice to work with, in the end they did not know how to format for KDP. I had to do the final format of the 3 books myself. So, very disappointing. She got paid and I had to do the work.
