How will you help me to configure my OBS Studio?
I will help you to configure by using TeamViewer or any desk software to remote your PC.
Do you provide voice call when doing the configuration?
I provide voice call only for the Professional package or above. For orders below than Professional package, we will use TeamViewer and chat only.
Can you configure Streamlabs OBS (SLOBS)?
Basically, SLOBS and OBS Studio is the same software, I would recommend you to use OBS Studio because it is more stable and have a clean interface, but if you prefer using SLOBS, sure I can help you as well.
How long will it take to configure my OBS Studio?
Each package has its duration, please check the package details before purchasing. P.S I can do it urgently as well
Do I need high-end PC and fast internet for this?
It depends on what you are going to live stream. If you plan to live streaming PC games, some of them need high-end PC and some only need mid-class PC. The most important thing is you should have at least/minimum 10Mbps download and 6Mbps upload internet connection to have a decent live stream.
What do you mean 30 days satisfaction guaranteed?
If you purchase the Professional Package, I will be your personal technician for 30 days, meaning if you find any issue with OBS Studio, I will be there for you to help without any fee/charge. Trust me, you won't find this kind of after-sales service on other sellers.
Do I get satisfaction guaranteed with Basic Package?
If you purchase a Basic or Advanced Package, you will still have me to help you with OBS Studio. As long as I am not busy I will try to help you
