FAQ
Will this lock my users out?
No. Changes are agreed first, rolled out in stages and Conditional Access is tested in report-only mode. Break-glass admin accounts are set up before enforcing anything.
What access do you need?
A temporary Global Administrator or the required admin roles. Remove it or reset the password when the job is done.
Which licences do you support?
Business Basic, Standard and Premium, E3 and E5. Some features such as Conditional Access and Intune need Business Premium, E3 or higher.
How many users are included?
Up to 50 users. Larger tenants are welcome through a custom offer.
Can MSPs white-label it?
Yes. I can work under your brand and deliver documentation with your logo for your client.
