Graphic Design Intern – Pilot Pen (Singapore) Pte Ltd Supported the marketing team in the planning, creation, and execution of digital and print marketing materials while contributing to more than 40 projects throughout the internship. Responsibilities included proposing creative ideas for social media campaigns, developing content concepts, and producing artwork assets to support various marketing initiatives. Worked on a wide range of promotional materials, including web banners, advertisements, headers, point-of-sale displays, wobblers, and Back-to-School campaign visuals for both digital and retail platforms. Assisted in generating and refining social media content ideas that highlighted product features and enhanced customer engagement. Contributed to the development of new packaging concepts and structural designs for products by producing mockups, conducting test prints, and exploring modular solutions that improved flexibility and reduced production costs. In addition, prepared artwork files for external vendors and gained practical experience in print production requirements and file preparation. Worked closely with supervisors, managers, and fellow interns on both assigned and ad hoc tasks, providing artwork support for campaigns, events, collaborations, and promotional activities. Exposure to the fast-paced working environment provided valuable industry insights and strengthened skills in graphic design, branding, packaging design, digital marketing, content development, print production, and project management.
