• Inserting ICM check lists into the Database. • Inserting PCM check lists into the Database. • Inserting Training Evaluation form into database. • Entering data from source document within time limit. • Entering data from paper data collection forms and aggregated reports into pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets. • Collecting and entering data in database and maintaining accurate records. • Sorting and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is filed and shelved properly for archiving. • Maintaining a data log of what data has been received, cleaned, and entered, and discuss any unclear data prior to entry. • Preparing report and analyze the data and take pivot table and pivot charts. • Doing other paper-based data as required by Data managers. • Fulfill any other tasks requested by the supervisor and data manager with the general scope of work of the position.
