STORE MANAGER & RETAIL PERFORMANCE Managed a 1,300 sqm retail store and led a team of 8 employees, with full responsibility for daily store operations and commercial performance. Responsible for KPI management and analysis, P&L, sales performance, productivity and operational efficiency, translating performance data into concrete actions at store level. Led team organization, development and team building, ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies and achievement of store objectives.RETAIL COMMUNICATION & MARKETING COORDINATION Coordinated the operational implementation of marketing and in-store communication materials across the Italian retail network. Acted as the main point of contact with suppliers and external partners in Italy, coordinating the delivery and implementation of communication materials across stores. For Canton Ticino, Switzerland, was responsible for adapting and translating marketing slogans and retail communication content from English into Italian, ensuring linguistic accuracy and consistency with the brand's communication.
