Farah seems to start with an excellent idea, but problems occur with revisions. Often times Farah seems to stray from the requests and the revisions become farther from what I wanted. Her costs have gone way up from where we started and perhaps are overpriced now. I've paid generous bonuses, but will not pay a bonus for this job.
