Which simulation software do you use?
Mainly Aspen Plus and Aspen HYSYS for steady-state process simulation, AutoCAD for PFD, P&ID and layouts, and Excel/Python for calculations. I deliver the native files so you can run and edit the model yourself.
Can you build a simulation from my process description or PFD?
Yes. Share your PFD, flow rates, compositions and operating conditions, and I'll build the model, select a suitable property method and report the mass and energy balance with stream tables.
Can you fix or extend my existing Aspen model?
Yes. I troubleshoot convergence errors, add new units or recycle loops, and run sensitivity or optimization studies on your existing .bkp or .hsc file.
Do you size process equipment?
Yes. I size vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and columns with clear calculation sheets that reference the design basis and standards used.
Which package should I choose?
Basic suits a single calculation or equipment sizing. Standard is for a simulation with a PFD. Premium is a complete process package. Message me first if you're unsure, and I'll recommend one.
