Tino, put in time and effort into the project. I unfortunately cannot use the final product as it completely change the format and flow of the book. My feedback would be to have better initiated communication on the progress and ask more questions to ensure that the client is aware of format changes... Tout afficher

Absolutely amazing experience! I had been fighting with KDP for days and was honestly ready to give up on publishing my daughter’s first book. Tino took my file, fixed all the formatting issues, and made the process so much easier. I think last night was probably the 1st night I was able to sleep peacefully... Tout afficher

my third time working with Tino. He does AMAZING formatting, I just hope he going forward for others pays more attention to small errors and stuff like that the first time around but he is very nice and responsive. he made my first two books perfect for publishing on amazon. Thanks for all your hard work as I am sure I was annoying lol

This is my first book so I didn’t know what to expect, but I know what I wanted. Followed my instructions very well. Missed a minor detail twice, however his responsiveness made up for the mistake - error fixed. The project took more than 7 days which had me a little worried, but the finished product was excellent. Thank you.

Tino's work quality is good, but communication was difficult, with long waits between conversations. His price is excellent, and he is very polite. I believe he is versatile and is able to handle more than the small task I requested.
