freelancer took advantage. I offered $5 in which freelancer did not want to include files for my project which does not make sense and asked for $15 which would include files but I declined. I told freelancer that I would find someone else and not sure how he got to accept an offer. I asked to refund because I didn't want to continue but did it anyway.
