At Service I am responsible for over seeing subsidiary Service Global Footwear Limited my core competencies include; • Lead and execute internal audit assignments across various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. • Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits, identifying key risks and recommending improvements. • Prepare audit reports, highlighting findings, issues, and action plans, and present them to the Audit committee. • Assist in developing the annual audit plan based on risk assessments, organizational priorities and cumulative knowledge. • Monitor and evaluate emerging risks in the footwear industry, advising management on necessary controls. • Lead and manage executive staff and their training and professional development.
