Unfortunately this is the first time the seller didn’t deliver as expected. I worked with him many times, this time he handed my project to his team, after repeating myself for many times he still didn’t deliver what was asked. It was wonderful working with him! He really helped to get my project to fit the requirements for Ingram to avoid any printing issues. He was very professional and made the process easy! Will be using him again when I have another project.
