How does the QuickBooks bookkeeping process work with you?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO account. To do this, log into your Quickbooks A/c. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email.
what information is required to kick start a project ?
Bank Statements, Credit card statement along with all sales and purchase data. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business, but in most of the cases above mentioned documents are required.
Are you familiar with Accounting Standards like GAAP & IFRS?
Yes, I always work in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
How do you categorize expenses and Income without knowing my workflow and business?
I use bank/credit card/PayPal statements description for analyzing the nature of the transaction. But I don’t rely wholly solely on description and QuickBooks artificial intelligence. After doing my all work in excel. I fix a call at a convenient time with the client to confirm all transactions.
Are you available for long term monthly bookkeeping tasks ?
Yes sure. I love to maintain long-term relations with my clients and I am currently working with US Clients.
How do you guarantee my data security?
This is my main business ethic so my client feels the data are as safe as, by themselves, my reviews are witness of my loyality and dedication to my work
