I worked with Dr. Abdulaziz Abdullah Alanazi on a Google Scholar citation enhancement and academic research visibility project designed to strengthen the reach and impact of his growing publication portfolio. His research spans physics education, technical and vocational education, higher-order thinking skills, problem-solving, artificial intelligence, digital assessment, and technology-enhanced learning. His profile already had a strong academic foundation, with multiple publications receiving citations and an established H-index and i10-index. My role involved reviewing his Google Scholar profile, publication portfolio, citation patterns, research keywords, and the performance of both established and newer publications. I identified papers with opportunities for improved discoverability and developed a focused citation-growth strategy based on relevant research topics and scholarly connections. I also reviewed publication titles, research themes, and metadata to support stronger visibility among appropriate academic audiences. One major challenge was the diversity of the client’s research areas, ranging from physics and education to AI, technology, psychology, and interdisciplinary studies. I addressed this by organizing the publications according to their relevant research themes and applying targeted visibility strategies rather than using a generic approach. This project demonstrated my expertise in Google Scholar citation support, citation analysis, academic profile optimization, research visibility, publication discoverability, H-index and i10-index analysis, citation management, and academic research support.
