I provided examples of logos that I found creative online. This designer just copied those into my business name. Only provided 2 designs out of the initial 3 until I chased for the third. Definitely NOT what I wanted. He didn’t pay attention to what I asked and then he waited until I had no more revisions and sent me a design I specifically told him I didn’t want.

We had to cancel the order after approving the final design (which took ages), as the final files were for a previous design. When pointing this out it took days to get the new files which were still the first concept not what we had approved. Then he stopped all communication. Although our final design... Tout afficher
