I provided a picture of what I was looking for. The delivery fell very short of my expectations. Having said that, this is the third illustrator from Friverr with the same problem. I don’t think they are manually illustrating - they are using a program that doesn’t come anywhere close to meeting the requirements.

This was a great process. I needed a few revisions just for myself and She worked very well and did what I asked. I intend to use this illustrator again!! It was easy and the communication was awesome and quick.
