I work with BABYLOVE, an Ireland-based baby products eCommerce store, managing both Shopify and Amazon operations to ensure smooth business performance. My responsibilities include Shopify Theme customization, product listing, collection organization, and maintaining accurate product data across the store. I handle order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and delivery issue resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience. I also manage Amazon FBA operations, including product listing optimization, inventory coordination, and monitoring order fulfillment to maintain efficiency and performance on Amazon. In addition, I create engaging promotional content such as slideshows, banners, and seasonal campaigns (Christmas, New Year). I work on SEO optimization, Google Merchant Center fixes, and support email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Yotpo, Mailchimp, and Sendgrid. Overall, I focus on improving store performance, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple sales channels.
