This gig includes Floor plan design, 3d exterior design, 3d interior design, interior and realistic renders, walk-through, Blueprints. These preset packages are just for designing the Architectural floor plan based on the total area of the design.

First, we use modeling programs such as Revit, Sketchup, etc., to design the building in 3d. Then we provide export to a rendering program such as Lumion, Vray, etc. A render is a photorealistic 2d image. That clearly shows when the house will be built in the real world.

Render is just provided from a specific angle/perspective. For providing renders, it is necessary to model the building first.

We are professional in modeling and drafting with Revit. We can use Autocad and Sketchup to enhance more details of our drawings if necessary. After the design process finishes, We provide Realistic renders with Lumion 11 and use photoshop to post-produce the renders to make them look realistic.
