Since 2020, I have been working with Lama Digital as the Head of Performance Marketing (Facebook Ads), where I manage and scale high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for clients in eCommerce, retail, healthcare, real estate, FMCG, tech, education, and service-based industries. My role focuses on building scalable and profitable Facebook Ads systems that generate consistent revenue growth, qualified leads, and strong return on ad spend (ROAS). I manage the complete campaign lifecycle — from strategy and funnel planning to ad execution and scaling. This includes detailed audience research, competitor analysis, ad copy and creative strategy, media buying, A/B testing, and advanced conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel and GA4. I continuously monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rate to improve campaign performance and reduce wasted ad spend. My core expertise includes scaling winning campaigns, retargeting strategies, lookalike audience scaling, conversion rate optimization, and full-funnel Facebook Ads strategy designed to convert cold audiences into paying customers. My approach is fully data-driven and performance-focused. I don’t just run ads — I build structured Facebook Ads funnels and scaling systems that help brands grow sustainably and profitably. Over the years, I have helped multiple brands scale their revenue, reduce customer acquisition costs, and build reliable paid traffic systems through Facebook and Instagram advertising.
