Managed the setup and optimization of a multi-country e-commerce store designed to sell a single product across five different languages and international markets. The project involved reconnecting the shop to the correct account, integrating Shopify for seamless order management, and connecting Shopify with an external fulfillment provider to streamline order processing and delivery. I also configured affiliate opportunities for creators to support product promotion and sales, set up shipping rates for different countries, and handled the additional store configurations required to ensure a smooth international selling and fulfillment process.
