Do you need a site plan, plot plan, and vicinity or location map for your property?

I make drawings for the following permits

1) Building permit

2) Home addition, deck, ADU, or porch addition

3) New outdoor changes (shed, fence, gazebo, etc.)

4) Demolition permit

5) Curb permit

6) Driveway permit

7) Paving and repaving permit

8) Sidewalk Permit

9) Water connection permit etc.

What I Need:

For the Outdoor addition case, If you already have an existing site survey plan, that's all that I need.

Otherwise, send me your property address. I will make use of the Google earth software and ESRI software to locate the property and get the drawings done ASAP!

My Process:

Using the most recent satellite imagery, GIS Data, and county parcel maps, I draw the site plan of your property to include existing structures, trees, driveway, pool, and other major features, etc.

The draft site plan will be sent to you for your review. If there are any changes that are required such as updating dimensions or missing items due to tree cover you may sketch those onto the plan and send it back to me to have those revised free of charge.
