The project was done okay, not perfectly. some critical errors were found, like cells mismatch, and some instructions were ignored, for example no cover sheet. Expected better results for this price.

Not out of the world! The rest of the financial model build was good except with the balance sheet (cash portion). Had to rebuild that portion again myself

Highly recommend Umar. He created a complex cash flow analysis with various dates of expenses and income. He calculated the ROI and actual returns for two scenarios so that I could easily compare them. He made a model where I could easily change the inputs to see the effect on the output.
