I think the freelancer should do more to inspire and guide customers. For example, when I asked to brighten a photo, it could have also suggested additional enhancements, such as retouching the face, improving the background, etc. Offering a few creative ideas would make the experience feel better.

The photos were satisfactory. However, I felt it was unprofessional to bring personal problems into our communication as a reason to postpone the agreed delivery date. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but clear communication and respect for deadlines are important, especially when clients have their own commitments.

It’s like having the best agency available on call. The work is always delivered early and beyond what we ask for.
