I lead the design team at a software company building AI, software and hardware products. My work covers both the screens and the words on them. Design: web and mobile apps end to end, including user flows, wireframes and UI, with a focus on AI products like voice and chat assistants, dashboards and workflow tools. Copywriting: interface copy (buttons, onboarding, error messages), product brochures, user manuals, and walkthrough and promo video scripts for our apps. Writing and designing together means the words and the layout are planned as one, not patched together at the end.
