Currently managing over 130 staff on a daily basis and being the direct report for many absence management cases both short term absence and long term, having lead investigations previously on gross misconduct and putting many performance review cases in place, held mediations, leading recruitment campaigns and supporting with flexible working adjustments. There's very little HR topic's that I haven't dealt with.
