FAQ
WORK HOURS

What if my order is late?
If your order is late, you will receive a 20% - 30% discount on your next order. The most common reason for delays is increase in demand, or order complexity.
How long will I have to wait to get my livery?
It takes 2 to 10 days for a regular order to be fully completed. However, you can pay for a 24 hour extra-fast delivery, in which case your order would be done in as little as 5 - 24 hours.
Can I ask for changes to my order after I've accepted it?
You can always ask for changes to your order, even if your order is marked as 'completed', only if the changes are small enough to be considered a change. Big changes to your order, or a new plane model are considered a separate order entirely.
Why is my order slightly delayed?
These projects sometimes takes a lot of time, effort, and dedication. If your order is highly complex or if it includes multiple liveries, you may be asked to extend the delivery period by a few hours. Please note that free revisions take longer than paid orders due to current order priorities.
Do you make liveries for all payware aircraft?
We make liveries for all payware aircraft types that are currently available. If an aircraft has just been released, please allow up to a week before it can be done. Contact us for more information on newly released aircraft models and their availability.
What type of file format will my liveries be in?
Liveries are in a zipped file folder, you can use the standard unzip tool, WinRAR, or similar extraction tools to unzip the file and put it into your Community folder. PMDG liveries are in a .ptp format which you can install using your PMDG Operations Center.
How do I install my livery?
The installation process is very simple, and we can help you with the installation process. In most cases, you need an extraction tool such as WinRAR to extract a folder and put it into your Community folder for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Some files may differ, and we can help you with those too.
Do you make video footage for MSFS?
Unfortunately, we only make liveries for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. We do not make video content.
Can you do textures for non-existing airplane models?
We are not allowed to work on your private 3D models, or other projects, and we are not allowed to port models from other simulators. We can only make liveries for existing airplane models in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.

Great Livery as always by them they do great work. Just be patient with them as they do work slow. I do not have a rush on anything so I have no issues as long as it does not pass the deadline by over a month. Overall their work is very top notch if it was not I would not have came back to them. They do great work!!!

long delivery time. At times, there were breakdowns in communication with them and would not hear from them for quite some time. Resolution for these shortfalls were dealt with through DM' and products were delivered and compensation was settled and agreed on.
