Of course i have problems as well. Still I know how to manage them. I do not have a degree in what ever the fuck. I have never seen a happy scientist anyway. Still I know I have the best sustainable lifestyle. I have had depressive episodes all the time but I have learned how to manage them. I want to share what i have learned (spoiler everybody who promises healing is a fucking liar) and what is more important for me i want to listen to what you have to say when there is no one around.
