I work with individuals, startups, and product developers who have an idea but need someone to turn it into a practical design they can build and test. I usually start with whatever the client has available—whether that is a rough sketch, photos, measurements, an existing CAD file, or simply an explanation of what they want the product to achieve. From there, I break the requirements into manageable design problems and develop the mechanical solution in CAD. My work includes UAV structures, drone frames, payload and camera mounts, 3D-printable components, mechanical assemblies, brackets, enclosures, and modifications to existing products. I pay particular attention to fit, clearances, assembly, weight, printability, and manufacturing requirements. My goal is to leave the client with a design that makes sense mechanically and is ready for the next stage of prototyping or production.
