I used After Effects for simple price tags and product callouts, CapCut for fast vertical edits, and DaVinci Resolve to match colors across clips shot in different light. Runway fixed shaky shots and removed messy backgrounds, and Higgsfield turned a few product photos into moving lifestyle scenes. Sora and Veo 3 helped me build short b roll the team never filmed, and Kling added smooth product motion shots. HeyGen gave two of the ads a friendly AI presenter intro. Each ad opened with a hook in the first two seconds and kept sharp pacing and strong visual storytelling. I made two versions of each ad so the team could test what worked best.
