Every order includes: high-res files (PNG/JPEG/PDF, CMYK/sRGB, 300 DPI), commercial rights, and age-appropriate storytelling. We start with sketches so you can review early, then refine until you receive polished, publishing-ready artwork.

1. What is your work process?
I start by understanding your vision and story. After gathering the necessary details, I provide rough sketches for your approval. Once finalized, I move on to the coloring and detailing stage. I’ll keep you updated at every step to ensure the artwork aligns with your expectations.
2. What information do you need from the client to get started?
I’ll need a description of your characters, scenes, and any specific ideas or references you have in mind. The more details you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life!
3. How long does it take to deliver an illustration?
A single illustration usually takes 3–7 days, depending on its complexity. For larger projects, timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting.
4. How do revisions work?
Most revisions happen during the sketch phase, where we shape the direction together. This is the most effective way to reach the ideal result. I include up to 3 revisions in each order. Changes beyond this may require an extra fee if they involve major adjustments after sketches are approved.
5. What formats are the illustrations delivered in?
300 DPI PNG/JPG (print-ready). Standard/Premium also include a print-ready PDF per page/spread with bleed. sRGB by default (CMYK on request). Source files (PSD) are not included.
6. Can you illustrate multi-page projects or books?
Absolutely. I work with milestones (e.g., every 5 pages/spreads). Volume discounts apply from 5+ pages (up to 10% off). Tell me your story and deadline and I’ll tailor a clear, budget-friendly plan.
7. What are the advantages of each package?
Basic: 1 character with a simple spot/half-page scene, perfect for small moments or introductions. Standard: 2–3 characters in a full page with background, ideal for dialogue and interaction. Premium: 4–5 characters in a spread with detailed background, best for key story moments.
8. Is the cover included?
Covers are quoted separately—front cover (like a Full Page) or full wrap (like a Spread). When bundled, the cover gets the same volume discount tier as your project. I’ll add it to your Custom Offer.
9. Can you add text or formatting?
Every illustration I create is designed with the text in mind, ensuring it’s an active and cohesive part of the composition. I use fonts, sizes, and placements that enhance the story and blend seamlessly with the artwork. For advanced, highly artistic text designs, I recommend additional assistance.
10. Do you use AI for your artwork?
No, all my illustrations are 100% hand-drawn using professional tools. Each piece is created from scratch to match your unique story.
