The work carried out consisted of collecting information about immigrants with the aim of understanding and analyzing their current situation. During the process, the main fields required to record relevant data were defined, such as basic personal information, country of origin, immigration status, length of residence, and socioeconomic conditions. The system structure was designed to facilitate the organized, accurate, and secure recording of information, allowing for later analysis. In addition, the importance of confidentiality and responsible data handling was taken into account, since this involves sensitive information. The project also included the organization of the database to ensure efficiency and easy access. Through this project, a better understanding was gained of how proper data management can contribute to the study of complex social realities, such as the situation of the immigrant population, thereby facilitating informed decision making.
