Questions covered by the content you provide: your services, prices, policies, FAQs, and product details. It is grounded in that material and falls back safely on anything outside it.
Can it be added to my existing website?
Yes, on common platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, custom sites) via an embed or integration step. Tell me your platform in your first message and I will confirm the route.
Do I need my own OpenAI account or API key?
For most setups, yes, the chatbot runs on your API key so you own the usage and the costs stay transparent. I will tell you exactly what to set up; it takes a few minutes and I guide you through it.
What happens when it does not know an answer?
It gives a safe fallback, for example, offering your contact details or a contact form, instead of making something up. We agree the fallback wording during the build.
Can it capture leads or book appointments?
Lead capture (collecting a name, email, and question into a form or sheet) can be scoped into Standard and Premium builds. Full calendar booking depends on your booking tool, message me with what you use and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
Can you update the training content later?
Yes. Content updates after delivery are available as a follow-up order or a maintenance arrangement, message me with what changed.
