My position was the go-to person for all OANDA Prop Trader (OPT) social media and community management, lead and execute plans across these areas, end to end: Achievements: - Social Media Growth : Followers ~80%, Reach ~45%, Engagement ~250%, Clicks ~570% - Trading Community: - Started a brand new Community platform and mobile app (not Discord) - Members grew from 0 to over 10,000, with monthly active members and revenue. - Trustpilot Growth: from 2 stars to 4.5 stars Scope of Work - Manage the social media content calendar - planning, developing and publishing posts - Manage trading Community engagement strategy and daily execution - Planning, producing and managing educational content on prop trading and why OPT (rules, trading platforms, FAQs etc) - Create new video series for IG and YouTube on trending market insights, with market analysts. - Planning, producing and managing customer case studies, video testimonials for social media and website. - Influencer marketing campaign: end to end management including evaluating influencers, content brief and scripts, content review and influencer discount campaigns. - Managing editorial schedule and publication for blog (including researching and preparing SEO-optimized educational blogs about Prop Trading) - Monitor and reply to client reviews on TrustPilot and Prop Firm Match.
