What counts as a “revision”?
A revision includes small adjustments like text edits, image swaps, or layout tweaks. Major structural changes or new features aren't included – but we always aim to deliver a result you're 100% happy with.
How long does the migration take?
Typically between 5-6 weeks, depending on your current store's size and how fast we receive your data. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can you import all my products and collections?
Yes – we import products, categories (collections), and essential content from your existing store. We'll guide you through what’s possible and what might need manual adjustments.
Will the new Shopify store look the same as my old one?
We can match your previous layout or improve it with a more modern, conversion-friendly design – depending on your preferences.
Will I be able to manage the new Shopify store on my own?
Yes! You’ll receive a walkthrough or training call so you feel confident managing products, content, and orders in Shopify.
Can I contact you after delivery if I need help?
Absolutely. Short follow-up questions are always welcome. For bigger updates or new features, we’re available via custom offer.
Can you help with apps or payment setup?
Yes – payment, shipping, tax, and app integrations are included or can be added as Gig Extras depending on your package.
Can you migrate my store’s blog content too?
Yes, I can migrate blog articles, including images, formatting, and SEO metadata. Just let me know upfront if that’s required.
What if my Squarespace theme can’t be replicated on Shopify?
I’ll create a Shopify design that gets as close as possible to your original layout — or we can use the redesign as an opportunity to improve UX and branding.
Will my customers and order history be transferred too?
Customers and order history can be migrated using Shopify apps or CSV import/export. I can assist with that depending on your plan and platform limitations.
