I will create a custom workout plan for your fitness brand or business.
I am a PhD student with a Master's degree in Kinesiology. I can provide a science-based workout plan for your brand.
I can provide workout plans for the following:
- General population (weight loss, toning, strength training)
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Special populations (chronic diseases - cardiovascular, diabetes, etc.)
- Seniors
I can create plans suitable for home workouts using basic equipment (dumbbells, bands, Pilates ball, medicine ball, Swiss ball, etc.).
You will receive a detailed workout plan in a calendar format with custom photos demonstrating the exercise (start and end positions).
Additionally, I offer written descriptions of each exercise and custom videos as an add-on.

How many different exercises are included in a workout plan?
In a 4-week workout plan, there are usually 32 exercises, in a 6-week plan 42 exercises and in an 8-week plan 52 exercises. However the number varies depending on the goal of the plan.
Do you provide exercises for all levels of difficulty?
Yes, I do. You can choose beginner, intermediate or advanced exercises.
Do you offer video demonstrations instead of photos?
Yes, if you would like to receive a video demonstration, please contact me. I can create them custom or use my pre-made videos.
In what format are photos and videos?
Photos come in jpg, videos in MP4. If you would like a different format, please let me know.
Do you provide written descriptions for the exercises?
Yes, I can write a description for each exercise included in the plan. It is available as an add-on.
Do you have a discount if I order more workout plans?
