The process:
After you complete my questionnaire, I will create the design for your card and once it's agreed on and signed off, I start developing all the collateral files included in your package.

Are you available for long terms projects?
Of course, I am! I'm here to create beautiful things that will last forever!
Do you also provide a logo for the company?
Unfortunately, no. The logo must be provided by the company/business if he wants to also add it on the card, otherwise, it won't be included. But if you need a logo, that is a separate service I offer and I'll do it for an extra charge.
What software do you use for designing the cards?
I am using mostly Photoshop but I use Illustrator too.
What cards can you design?
Anything! Gift cards, vouchers, travel cards, food cards, thank you cards, to name a few, but really anything!
Which file formats can you provide?
I can deliver PNG, JPG and PDF formats but if you also need the source file, it can be added to your order for an extra cost.
How many revisions do I get with my order?
On the basic gig, you will get 1 revision and if you buy standard or premium package there are going to be 2 or 3 revisions available. Usually, the average buyers are happy with 1 or 2 revisions but you can buy extra revisions if needed. When you're happy I'm happy too!
Can I get the source files?
Of course! But keep in mind that none of the bundles available for purchase doesn't have the source file included. You need to add it to your order for an extra cost or just let me know and I'll send you a custom offer which includes the source file as well. This allows you to bring changes to card.
What is the process when creating a card?
It's very important to know what's your business or company about and what is it the card used for. Besides that, after you place your order there is a little questionnaire for you to answer in order to help me get enough information to start working on the project for you.
