I have worn several hats in the music industry. I have been a music student at Peabody Conservatory and Sheffield Recording Academy, both in Maryland. I have been a teacher, a musician (I played synthesizers in top 40 bands for many years), a songwriter, a producer and a recording engineer.
One of my coolest projects was writing for ROCKRGRL Magazine, which was the first woman's magazine to exist for and about women in the music industry. I wrote musical equipment review articles titled " ROCKRGADGETS." All ROCKRGRL issues are currently archived at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC.
