I find the manual process costing a business the most, then replace it with a system. It starts with a walkthrough of how a lead or an order actually moves from first touch to done. The leak is almost never where the owner assumes it is. From there: lead capture through to booking, automated first response, inbox triage, CRM auto population, and nurture sequences that fire off CRM events instead of someone remembering. Recent builds: response time down from hours to under 10 seconds, 15+ hours a week of manual work removed.

I build the automation layer that runs a business's repetitive work. Lead pipelines that qualify, score, book and alert sales in under 10 seconds. Email triage that sorts an inbox and answers the routine ones. AI agents that read replies, respond, and escalate the complex cases, with an anti-loop filter so they never end up in an infinite chain with another bot. CRM records kept current on their own.
