I'm a Cambridge Judge Business School MPhil in Management graduate with experience in market research, commercial strategy and brand development.
Most recently, I worked on a consulting project for Danone, developing a growth roadmap for Alpro in the UK coffee market. Our research involved 47 interviews with senior industry stakeholders, including major coffee chains, independent operators, competitors and wholesalers.
My work spans competitor benchmarking, qualitative research, consumer insights, brand positioning and business strategy.

Developed Alpro's 2027-2030 UK Away From Home strategy, presenting recommendations directly to Danone's Head of AFH following 12+ stakeholder interviews with operators including Costa, Black Sheep Coffee and Gail's; recognised as runner-up for the HipSwann Award. Synthesised primary research from café operator interviews to inform a phased go-to-market recommendation for the specialty coffee segment, addressing gaps between brand positioning and operator perception. Built a bottom-up market-sizing model across 10,568 independent café outlets, supported by DCF valuation, to quantify the addressable opportunity in the UK artisanal coffee segment and inform investment prioritisation.
