Led architecture and development of an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution on Project Online 2016 and SharePoint Online 2016, managing 2,000+ active project sites across NBC Universal's enterprise infrastructure. Re-architected a Provider Hosted App (.NET/CSOM) into a modern SharePoint-based solution using JavaScript and Angular, improving performance and scalability. Designed a CSOM-based solution to programmatically traverse and update key artifacts across all 2,000+ project sites, replacing an entirely manual process. Also migrated an Azure-hosted app codebase into SharePoint Online and enhanced SSIS packages to accelerate project data retrieval into an on-premise SQL database.
