I will assist you in converting your proposed deck or remodeling structural deck framing ideas from JPG/Sketch/PDF to actionable CAD plans and PDF. The drawings i provide can be used for both construction of the structural deck and to apply for city permit approval.
I make use of Autodesk AutoCad and Autodesk Revit to design.
Delivery would be made in DWG and PDF.
Basic Drawing Includes:
-Structural Deck Floor plan
-Structural Deck Framing plan
-Structural Deck Foundation plan
-Deck Details
-Elevations
