I find asking money for a revision that is not our fault dishonest. I don't care what these terms you ask people to accept before ordering a gig say, an honest service provider will realise their client is unhappy and do everything to fix that, especially when their ask is very reasonable.

I asked for pauses between sentences so I could separate them. They all ran together. I had a difficult time separating them without losing part of a word. More importantly, I needed a revision, three words. I requested several times with no luck. I used the Fiverr chat AI with no luck, threr wasn't a revision button anywhere, then time ran out.

I will certainly be Using this service again. Kate was extremely professional, stuck to deadlines and informed me of any issues that may arise. She went above and beyond my expectations!

It's a bit expensive, and the commercial rights were not included, that took another invoice. But the quality is really good and we're very happy with it, smooth delivery.
