I will generate a 3D mesh model for request site, full scale, UTM georeferenced and with controlled precision to ensure proportions integrity. I'll process the model in blender to apply base textures, environment and coherent light sources. You'll receive raw file formats, full scene in blender format and stl file. It could be any location, a small lot or a wide area. To start your model I just need pin point location and boundaries. You could use google maps to show location. I'll do all kinds of geospatial analysis and I could effectively help you on generating and previewing your project.
