I am an Engineering Geologist serving at a National Building Research Institution(NBRI), with prior experience at the National Water Supply and Drainage Board and involvement in major infrastructure projects including Samanala Wewa Hydropower, Ruwanpura Expressway feasibility studies, and Gin-Nilwala Diversion.
