No. You must provide a ready to submit press release. You can either get someone on Fiverr to write it for you, or Google 'How to write a press release'. There is some good 'tips' articles in the first few results, about layout & style etc

If possible send your file as an .rtf file as this is very basic and can easily be opened. You can go to your file and save as .rtf, if it is .doc, .dox etc. I find this very helpful as they always open without any problem. Other more advanced files sometimes open with strange formatting etc.

I have set the basic option for people with no image for their press release, however, in this multimedia / visual age, I cannot stress enough how much better a press release is with an image or even video. 1. The page is more attractive. 2. Immediately shows your product / event to the reader.
